1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at https://cchuglobal.com and your enrolment in any course or programme offered by C-Chu Global Digital Business Limited (RC7505127), hereinafter referred to as “C-Chu Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or enrol in our courses.
2. Eligibility
To enrol in our courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel enrolment if we discover that any of the above conditions are not met.
3. Course Enrolment
Enrolment in a course is confirmed only upon successful payment. Once payment is received and confirmed, you will be granted access to your enrolled course content through your student dashboard.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Your login credentials must not be shared with any third party. We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect account sharing or misuse.
Course content, structure, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to improve quality. Any such updates will be made available to enrolled students at no additional cost.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before access is granted, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We offer the following enrolment formats for most courses:
- Online Class — access to recorded videos, PDFs, and online live sessions
- Physical Class — in-person attendance at our Abuja centre, plus all online materials
- VIP Mentorship — one-on-one or small-group intensive coaching with Silas Umekwe
Prices are subject to change. Any price change will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid for.
5. Refund Policy
We want every student to be satisfied with their investment. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Requests made within 48 hours of payment and before accessing any course content are eligible for a full refund
- Requests made after course content has been accessed are not eligible for a refund
- For Physical Class enrolments, cancellations made more than 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable
- VIP Mentorship enrolments are non-refundable once the first session has taken place
To request a refund, contact us at info@cchuglobal.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
